Engagement Photography at Cringletie House- Peebles

In the merry month of May I headed to Cringletie House near Peebles for an engagement portrait session with Laura-Elizabeth and William.

Winter was still unwilling to yield its grip with some frequent hail showers,

I had the pleasure of photographing Laura around 20 years ago and like many brides to be she was anxious about being photographed, so I suggested a portrait session at her wedding venue Cringletie House. It was a good opportunity for us to to practice ideas in the grounds to get Laura and William more relaxed and for me to scout for suitable locations for their wedding images.

So I am looking forward to photographing their wedding at the end of the month and hopefully the gardens will be full of colour.
